Abstract | This report refines in modeling that was first done for the 1982 Ozone State Implementation Plan and submitted to the USEPA in April 1982 to fulfill Clean Air Act requirements. Three key input variables were reevaluated in this report: Ozone aloft, NMHC/NOx ratio, and initial NMHC and NOx concentrations. The report contains revised emission reduction estimates for both northeast Illinois and southwest Wisconsin. |
