Abstract |
The objective of the study was to examine recent operation of the Construction Grants Program, using the Boston Metropolitan Area as a case study, with a view toward developing recommendations for possible legislative or administrative actions at the national level to: (1) improve the administration of the program in general; (2) upgrade the scientific and technical basis for decisionmaking; and (3) assure that federal funds are used in a cost effective way to achieve national water pollution cleanup goals. |
