Abstract | This guidance manual has been prepared to assist metal mining facilities in complying with reporting requirements of Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA; Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization of 1986, Public Law 99-499, hereafter EPCRA Section 313) and Section 6607 of the Pollution Prevention Act (PPA). This guidance manual is intended for use along with the Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Form R and Instructions document published annually by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). A brief summary of the other EPCRA reporting requirements is included at the end of this section. |
