Abstract | An approach for comprehensive water quality management planning efforts is presented. The role of economics in developing comprehensive water quality management plans is analyzed. Details are given in analyses of the pollution abatement evaluation problem, hydrologic variability considerations, and benefit-cost determinations for water quality project increments. |
