Abstract |
Regularities in the atmospheric distribution of emissions from plants with cold and low emissions have until recently remained little studied. The standardizing documents used in the Soviet Union to calculate the diffusion of pollutants contain a number of limitations regarding their application for chemical and other plants. In 1966-1968, four comprehensive expeditions to study the atmospheric diffusion of carbon disulfide and hydrogen sulfide from viscose fiber plants in Cherkassy, Krasnoyarsk and Balakovo were conducted. The main purpose of the expeditions was to obtain experimental material for developing and extending a method of calculating diffusion in the atmosphere of cold ventilation emissions. |
