Abstract | PDMS fluids are used in various dermal applications and Oral ingestions, a previous oral study in rabbits demonstrated signs of weight loss reduction in food consumption and death at the 225 and 1,000 mg/kg dose levels of D4 and 2,000 ag/kg of DOW CORNING 200 Fluid, 350 as. These adverse effects indicated a need for the donages to be lowered to a point where the material would not cause any signs of toxicity to the pregnant female. The present study was designed to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose of these materials. |
