Abstract |
This report provides the necessary guidance for development of regulations limiting emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from the manufacture of vegetable oil. Only soybean, cottonseed, corn, and peanut oil manufacturing facilities are addressed in this document. Reasonably available control technology (RACT) is defined in this document and cost analysis for RACT is included for evaluating the cost effectiveness of controlling vegetable oil plants. |
