Abstract |
This report is the result of a major program of studies sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency as part of its continuing effort to assess the economic impacts of its regulatory programs. It examines the combined effect of all of EPA's direct regulatory programs on the electric utility industry. The study focused on the determination of changes in the financial profile of the electric utility industry which are likely to result from federal air and water pollution controls for the 1975-1990 period. |
