Abstract |
EPA provides this Report to Congress in compliance with Section 431(a) of the Departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act of 2000, Pub. L. No. 106-74 (1999) (Appropriations Act). The Appropriations Act directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to submit two reports to the Committee on Environment and Public Works in the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure in the House of Representatives. The first of the reports is to address several issues related to EPA rulemaking to implement Section 402(p)(6) of the Clean Water Act (CWA). This rulemaking is also referred to as the Storm Water Phase II rule. |
