Abstract |
Ground-water protection has received increasing emphasis over the past decade as an important environmental responsibility for the states and the federal government. Some states and regions have been active in ground-water protection for years. In all areas of the country, however, the decade has brought a heightened awareness to the vulnerability of ground-water to threats from a myriad of sources. |
