Abstract |
Recent efforts to expand the formal evaluation criterion for water resource investments from economic efficiency to multiple objectives, have often been made in the absence of a clear understanding of the operation of the current decision-making process. This project sought to identify the factors which characterize the current planning process (specifically in the Army Corps of Engineers), and then suggest changes in that process which would encourage the effective use of multiobjective planning. These studies presented by the research are abstracted in the report. |
