Abstract |
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is promulgating water quality standards (WQS) for nutrients applicable to freshwater lakes and flowing waters in the state of Florida. The proposed rule does not establish any requirements directly applicable to regulated entities or other sources of nutrient pollution to these waters. However, state implementation of the criteria may result in specific requirements for a number of sources of nutrients, including small entities. This report presents screening analysis of the potential for economic impacts on small entities that may result from state implementation of the WQS. |
