Abstract |
Supplementary data on the Arkansas-Red River Basins Water Quality Conservation Project are presented. The project was initiated by the Public Health Service to determine factors which cause mineral degradation of the waters of the Arkansas and Red Rivers. Included in this report are all available quality data from daily sampling stations on the two rivers and their tributaries for which corresponding flow measurements were made. Results are given in tons of minerals per day as well as concentration of minerals in parts per million and river discharges in cubic feed per second. The report is comprised entirely of charts and statistical tables. |
