Abstract |
This discussion of the theoretical principles of aeration will be limited largely to the addition and removal of oxygen and carbon dioxide. Quantitative discussion of the theory of removal by aeration of taste and odor producing substances is limited by uncertainties as to the nature and behavior of the minute amounts of the substances causing odor and taste. |
