This document is intended to serve as an introduction to Section 301(h) of the Clean Water Act of 1977 monitoring programs. It describes the framework of the program by reviewing the three major stages in the monitoring process: (1) Program design; (2) Program implementation; and (3) Program evaluation and modification. |
