Abstract |
This training module lists the types of facilities that are subject to closure/post-closure; defines the difference between partial and final closure; specifies who submits a closure plan and when a closure plan must be submitted, lists the steps in the process, and states the time frame for submittal; identifies when a closure plan must be amended and how closure plans are amended; explains the time frame for notification of closure; and the deadlines for beginning and completing closure; specifies which facilities need contingent post-closure plans; lists the elements of post-closure and cites the requirements; specifies the conditions and timing for amending a post-closure plan; and states who must certify closure/post-closure. |
