In 1991, because of continuing uncertainty about the long-term effects on Vietnam veterans who were exposed to herbicides during their service in Vietnam, Congress passed legislation that requested an ongoing comprehensive evaluation of scientific and medical information regarding this topic. This report is part of that ongoing evaluation. |
