Abstract |
The purpose of this report is to inform State and Regional construction grants personnel about successful cost reduction procedures used by States to reduce municipal wastewater treatment plant costs. In accomplishing this purpose, 50 State construction grants units were contacted about the cost reduction procedures they follow during their routine plan and specification reviews. It was found that 17 States are now implementing cost reduction programs. |
