Abstract |
The report explores experiences of cities attempting to resolve conflicts between the requirements of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1977 (CAA) and those of city programs such as economic growth, transportation and community development. It also seeks to help local officials better understand about the air quality planning process and its relationship to transportation, community development and economic development. |
