"The Central Data Exchange (CDX) is a system that facilitates electronic data exchanges for EPA stakeholders and is a key component of EPA's strategy for addressing federal mandates. As a single receiving point for all reports, the CDX ensures a baseline for standardization and compatibility of incoming data. In addition, the CDX provides electronic forms that are pre-filled (or pre-populated) with data that do not change or change infrequently (e.g., permit number or address) - thereby reducing the stakeholder's "burden" of filling in redundant information. This CDX Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) describes the quality assurance standards, guidelines, procedures, and activities used to support the development and enhancement of the EPA's CDX system and EPA applications developed and hosted at LMI. This plan outlines current and future quality assurance activities for the CDX system. The QAP does not address the details of any specific CDX program."--Abstract. |
