Abstract |
Standards of performance for the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from new, modified, and reconstructed reactor process units used in the manufacture of synthetic organic chemicals are being proposed under Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. The document contains background information on the industry and processes concerned and environmental and economic impact assessments of the regulatory alternatives considered in developing the proposed standards. |
