Abstract | Developmental toxicity was evaluated in groups of 18-38 female Charles River CD1 mice receiving whole-body exposure to methyl methacrylate at vapor concentrations of 0, 116, or 400 ppm, for 6 hours/day on gestation days 4-13, followed by fetal examination on gestation day 18. The treatment was not toxic to dams. Fetal weight was reduced in both treatment groups; fetal development was not otherwise affected by treatment. |
