Abstract
This Record of Decision (ROD) presents the selected remedial action for OU 5 at Elmendorf AFB. The selected remedy includes passive extraction of seep water, natural attenuation for upper aquifer and surface water, institutional controls for upper aquifer water, and sampling of water and sediment.
