Abstract |
Small Business Assistance Programs (SBAP) in Region 10 EPA need a set of measuring tools to be used to gauge the effectiveness of their programs. This report gives a summary of information gathered and findings developed during the initial, information - gathering part of the SBAP project. Alaska's Small Business Assistance Program is used as a pilot and assures maximum transferability to Region 10s other SBAPs in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Also, sample evaluation forms from other state programs are included. |
