Abstract | Presented are appendices for a report (PB-219 364) which demonstrated need for Regional water resources planning in emerging urban areas, examined how regional water resource planning can be realized within the emerging governmental framework, and examined the process, substance, and techniques of field level planning for regional water resource systems. The appendices including methodology used in employment projections, water resources simulation model, optimal control of multi-unit inter-basin water resource systems, statistics and models of streamflow, and water quality model. |
