Abstract | The Lebanon waste treatment plant provides conventional primary sedimentation and activated sludge secondary treatment. The processes being evaluated and developed at Lebanon to remove the suspended solids, organic materials, and dissolved salts are microscreening, filtration, chemical coagulation, powdered carbon adsorption, and electrodialysis. Detailed information on these processes is given. |
