Abstract |
State constitutional and statutory methods available to various types of Ohio governmental units for the financing of waste treatment facilities are described. The circumstances necessary for financing through state agencies or with federal funds are identified. Ten local governmental financing experiences are related. The information is used in the development of alternatives for the financing of structural waste treatment facilities in the Section 208 (PL 92-500) areawide waste treatment management plan. |
