Abstract | Approximately 246,000 people in Wyoming are served by 107 public water supplies. In-depth studies of the public, semi-public, and individual water supplies were conducted in Campbell, Lincoln, and Natrona Counties. These counties were selected because each had different types of water sources and surveillance. A total of 23 public, 13 semi-public, and 127 individual supplies were surveyed in the three counties. Bacteriological and chemical qualities of the supplies were judged on the basis of the 1962 U. S. Public Health Service Drinking Water Standards. |
