Abstract | The Chevron Research Company, Richmond, California, requested that the effects of lifetime dermal exposure to 3,4-benz(a)pyrine be determined. 3,4-benz(a)pyrine was dissolved in toluene (25% w/v) and 0.05 ml was applied to the backs of 52 female Swiss-Webster mice three times per week or 45 weeks and twice per week for 62 weeks. |
