Abstract | This National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency (Action Plan) presents policy recommendations for creating a sustainable, aggressive national commitment to energy efficiency through gas and electric utilities, utility regulators, and partner organizations. Such a commitment could save Americans many billions of dollars on energy bills over the next 10 to 15 years, contribute to energy security, and improve our environment. The Action Plan was developed by more than 50 leading organizations representing key stakeholder perspectives. These organizations pledge to take specific actions to make the Action Plan a reality. |
