The National Air Data Branch (NADB) has the responsibility to gather source emission, air quality, and related information from 55 states and territories into a single nation air data management information system. The purpose of this report is to provide researchers in the field of criteria air pollutant emissions with a background of what data are available in NEDS, both in edited form and in summaries, and what types of summaries and analyses are included with short discussions of the method of preparation of each and some of the required and/or optional input parameters associated with each.
