Abstract |
The directive provides interim guidance to assist the Regions in clarifying procurement procedures that claimants: (1) would be required to implement under the CERCLA Response Claims Procedures; and (2) may use in order to assure that the costs for which their claims are made against the Hazardous Substance Superfund will be reimbursed by EPA. |
