Abstract |
This guidance document was written in 2004, peer-reviewed, and subsequently updated in 2006. It is the third of three NOx SIP Call guidance documents that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing to help states capture the air quality benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy (EE/RE) actions. It is intended to assist states with the design of their EE/RE evaluation, measurement and verification requirements of their emissions control programs. |
