Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to determine the present and future needs and value of municipal and industrial water supply and storage for water quality control in the main stem and principal tributaries of the Red River of the North. The study determines water requirements, and the means and benefits of meeting those requirements for the above purposes. The scope of this study covers water storage needs during the 50-year study period, 1965 to 2015. Value of benefits is based on 100-year project life. |
