Abstract |
The Committee on Public Works of the House of Representatives, United States, requested that the Board of Engineers for rivers and harbors review the reports on the Verdigris River, Kansas, submitted in House Document No. 440, 76th Congress, and other pertinent reports with a view of determining whether or not it is advisable to construct a reservoir on Big Hill Creek, a tributary of the Verdigris River, for flood control, water supply storage, and other allied purposes. This report is concerned with the determination of the need of providing municipal and industrial water supply in the proposed reservoir. |
