Abstract |
The objectives of the study were to determine the effects of releases from the John H. Kerr Reservoir upon downstream water quality, define the stratification characteristics of the reservoir, determine power discharge relationships to dissolved oxygen in the trailrace, and establish a water quality basis for evaluating the effectiveness of pilot control devices for improving the quality of water released from the reservoir. |
