Abstract | Developmental toxicity was evaluated in groups of 18-32 female mice receiving exposure to methyl methacrylate at vapor concentrations of 0, 116, or 400 ppm. Dams had decreased body weight gain on gestation day 4; thereafter body weight gain was normal. Fetal weight was reduced in both treatment groups. The document contained only raw data, and no further information was available regarding experimental method. |
