Abstract | The decision document, prepared by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) as lead agency, presents the selected remedy for the Jackson Township Landfill Site. The Record of Decision (ROD) sets forth the selected final remedy for the Jackson Township Landfill Site. The ROD addresses all environmental media and all operable units at the Site. The selected remedy is 'No Further Action with Maintenance and Monitoring'. The selected remedy requires a five year review to assure complete compliance with CERCLA. The review will include ground water sampling and air monitoring. |
