The Record of Decision specifies Capping, Access and Use Restrictions for Soil and Groundwater, Natural Attenuation and Groundwater Monitoring at Site SS-7 as a cost effective remedy that provides adequate protection of public health, welfare, and the environment. The site shall undergo a five-year review with the costs of the review to be absorbed by the federal government. |
