Abstract |
The module discusses use of the data collected by the national inventory of releases of certain toxic chemicals into the environment by citizens and by federal, state, and local governments. It describes how data gathered pursuant to the toxic release inventory is compiled and analyzed by EPA, and how the public and government agencies gain access to and use this information. |
