Abstract |
This document describes the statistical analyses of concentrations in effluent wastestreams from centralized waste treatment facilities. These statistical analyses were used in developing the proposed effluent limitations based on the best practicable control technology currently available (BPT). This document describes the data and the statistical methodologies used to develop the long-term averages, variability factors, and limitations. The document includes a description of the modified delta-lognormal distribution which was used to develop variability factors. Appendix A provides a listing of the concentration data for the technology options described in the notice of the proposed rulemaking. |
