Abstract | Groups of 5/sex/species Fischer 344 rats and B6C3F1 mice were exposed to tripropylene glycol monomethyl ether at concentrations of 0, 0.15, 0.36, or 1.01 mg/L for 6 hours/day for a total of 9 days during an 11-day period. An increase in liver weight of both sexes of rats and mice was noted at the two highest dose levels, and in male mice at the low dose. No exposure-related effects were noted on body weights, other organ weights, hematology, clinical chemistry parameters, urinalyses, or gross or histopathology. |
