Abstract |
The four-hour LC50 values for each material were determined in the same way, The test sample was uniformly metered by a syringe drive into a stainless steel T-tube whose internal temperature vae above the boiling point of the test material, A metered stream of air passing through the T-tube carried the resultant vapore to the exposure chamber. Chamber atmosphere was analyzed at least every half hour by a gas chromatographic procedure. Ten young adult male ChR-CD rate of initial body weight 248-268 grams were need per four-hour exposure. All enrvivors were held 14 days after exposure, for observation. |
