Abstract | Groups of 6 male Cr1:CD(reg)(SD)BR rats were exposed to a combination of gaseous and aerosol atmospheres of RC-H-67837 for a single, 4-hour period. Under the conditions of this test, the ALC for RC-H-67837 was 380 mg/m of particulate combined with 2900 ppm of isopropanol. Based on the particulate concentration, this material is considered moderately toxic by inhalation. |
