Abstract |
Activities of the Environmental Health Center in Cincinnati, later renamed the Robert A. Taft Sanitary Engineering Center, are reviewed. Research and development areas include methodology, air pollution, water pollution, water supply, waste disposal, and food sanitation. Field surveys and technical services are described for water pollution surveys related to radioactive wastes, stream surveys, analytical services, and consulting services. Methods for disseminating the research findings include publications, verbal presentations, and the training program. References are included. |
