Abstract | This EIS has been prepared concurrently with the 201 facilities plan for the Adams Field/Little Maumelle Planning area in Arkansas. EPA's preferred alternative is to expand the Adams Field wastewater treatment plant, to construct an additional interceptor along Fourche Creek, and continue the use of septic tank systems on sites with suitable soils in the Little Maumelle Valley. |
