Abstract | The Public Health Service has operated a continuous electronic water pollution monitor on the Potomac River at Washington, D.C. since July 19, 1963. The monitor provides a virtually continuous record of water temperature, specific conductance, pH, chloride and dissolved oxygen concentrations, and solar radiation intensity. The report discusses these specifics. |
