Abstract
This addendum report summarizes the quantities and sources of wastewaters in the manufacture of electrical transformers and capacitors; describes the alternate available technologies for reducing or eliminating the discharges on a source-by-source basis; and tabulates the estimated costs for achieving such reduction or elimination.
