Abstract | On the basis of reports, surveys, or studies, there is reason to believe that pollution from sources in Ohio was endangering the health or welfare of persons in Pennsylvania. The report on interstate pollution of the waters of the Mahoning and Beaver river system is based on previous reports. It involves biological aspects, industrial water supplies and wastes, municipal water supply, and selected indicators of stream quality. |
