Abstract | HAP-PRO model is designed to assist permit engineers in reviewing applications for control of air toxics. HAP-PRO calculates the capital and annual costs for up to six different VOCs and three particulate matter control devices. Calculations mirror those presented in the EPA handbook, 'Control Technologies for Hazardous Air Toxics' (June 1991, EPA-625/6-91-014) and the EPA 'Control Cost Manual' (March 1990)(EPA-45-/3-90/006). |
